Short film and animation roundup

Here is my first roundup of very interesting short films. Some are just beautiful, other thought provoking but most have both of these qualities and more.
Unfortunately stuff on TV today is full of fluff, there are lots of shows that stretch a very simple idea or concept and span it throughout an entire season. Sometimes it seems as if all the writers are required to do is to keep you interested between commercials. They want you on your toes, constantly waiting for the conclusion that will never come. Afraid to switch the channel since you might miss the conclusion you’ve been waiting for ever since the show premiered.
This post quickly turned into a rant, so I’ll stop myself before I too lose your respect. Enjoy the fallowing short films:
La Revolution Des Crabes
The Black Hole
Fifty Percent Grey
Rejected – Don Hertzfeldt
Mickey 3D – Respire
