Roxy – Battle of the Bands

A friend invited us to photograph the battle of the bands that he helped organize. I’ve never been to a rock show or even seen a mosh pit, but we really enjoyed it. I especially got a kick from playing the ‘official’ photographer.
If I want to continue photographing dark people, in dark places, I need a faster lens. The headbanging was just too insane for my equipment. Lots of beautiful photos had to be scraped because they were not in focus.
